I
found the visit very enlightening I was there with IKEA for a
planned meeting. We were invited to a ritual and then taken on
a tour around the temple. I was made to feel very welcome and
would encourage my friends and family to visit, it was very memorable.
Our tour guide was excellent and explained everthing very well. |

was a gr8 experience here and a treat for sour eyes in a foreign
land where such craftsmanship,architecture and most importantly
peace is hard to find.i have been to the Swaminarayan temple in
Delhi too and i mean it these temples are one of the wonders of

When
i went to the swaminariyan mandir,it was a sight i will never
forget however i kept forgetting to look up! the carvings were
breath-taking, yet i also learned a lot. i really hope i get the
chance to go again. i hope the mandir lasts for a very long time.

On
my first visit to the Swaminarayan Mandir i was with my school.
At the weekend i came with my family to the Mandir i am a Hindu
and i felt amazed at the temple(Mandir) When i found out there
was also a school i really wanted to go to it i loooked at the
pictures on the internet and i was more amazed i really wish i
could come to the Swaminarayan Mandir school as it looked really
exiting!!!!!! I really enjoyed the exhibition. The booklet was
really interesting i am very impressed. I hope to come soon again.

loved me visit to the mandir with my year it was a touchable experience
and i learned a lot from my trip. i wuld recomend a trip to this

The
Swaminarayan Mandir is one of the most fabulous of buildings in
London, perhaps in the UK as a whole. Not only is its beauty so
obvious as it stands so regally in its grounds but also interesting
is its foundation history & the the ongoing continuous work
that the elders, priests, volunteers carry out on a daily basis
are so numerous and well organised, absolutely fantastic amount
of good work, all over the world, not only at home in India but
here in the UK too. When visiting the Mandir (and I suggest to
everyone to do this on a regular basis), there is an altogether
total feeling of calm & inner health that you feel when you
walk around inside and outside, is so invigorating afterward the
visit, you feel like going back again and again. |

Hello
this is just a simple suggestion...I visited the Mandir as I tourist
I suppose... and I felt so sorry to walk through it while devotees
were praying. It must be disturbing for them to have people walking
around and looking at the architecture and perhaps whispering
etc.? Anyway, I was really impressed by the beautiful carvings
and also visited the Hinduism exhibition, very interesting, thank
you. |
